Welcome to L’Altro Mondo for our Italian and Belgian specialities. We have been in business since 1972. But we are always ready to question the way we do things, and we aim to be open to change. This is to provide you with an even better service, so that you will come back again, of course!
We are located right in the centre of the city, just next to the Grand Place de Bruxelles.
We welcome you in a typical, traditional setting. Our very competitive prices are something you can always count on at L’Altro Mondo. Judge for yourself:
We have a daily special during the week from noon to 4 p.m.
Student menus. Group menus (6 menus available for you to choose from). From 15 people upwards, the group menu can be personalised and a discount is possible.
Our restaurant L'Altro Mondo has three rooms with a maximum capacity of 250 covers.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us for your seminars, weddings, communions and family celebrations.
At L’Altro Mondo, we are at your disposal to make your special occasions unforgettable.
In the warmer weather, we can accommodate you on our covered terrace with a maximum capacity of 60 covers.

Risotto aux fruits de mer
Fillets are served topped with béchamel sauce and freshly chopped spinach cooked in butter. Sprinkled with Gruyère and oven-baked.
Scaloppine Diavola
Italian recipe based on veal, topped with a tomato and basil sauce made with white wine, accompanies by home-made spaghetti. Sprinkled with Parmesan.
Pizza 4 seasons
Tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and artichokes, mozzarella and cooked ham. Our ingredients are selected with the utmost care.
